2. You only need to pay $80.0 for an annual membership of our website. You can download our embroidery digitizing and use other services of the website any time you want during your membership term. There are over 10，000 digitizing available for downloading in our website and updates every week. We upload new digitizing every week for our members and provide follow-up free service of modification.
The most important is our promise to our clients:
⑴ Our embroidery digitizing is priced at $12/pic. Regardless of the difficulty of digitizing, we price at $12/pic. We will provide you the best quality in shortest time and use our BROTHER embroidering machine to make every sample. In order to test the quality, we will not send them to our clients until we confirm they are perfect.
⑵ During your membership term, if you want to do any change to the digitizing files you download from our website or the samples we make for you in the production process on embroidering machines, you can send them back for free modification until they become perfect and this service is for free. (Note: please send us the sample made by embroidering machine, so that we will know where specific problems lie in and make better modification).
⑶ When there is any necessary modification when you receive our digitizing, please feel free to contact us and we will do modification for free until perfect.
⑷ We only charge one digitizing for two or over two different sizes when you order the same style digitizing.
⑸ New clients, who have ordered our products, can automatically become our members and enjoy member service without charge one month after they become our clients.

As for us, there is no difference among 50% Embroidery , 75% Embroidery and 100% Embroidery. No matter for 50%, 75% or 100%, we charge by the quotation list. But we don’t burden the expense in transportation or express fee. Customers are responsible for these.
- Free Set-Up and Digitizing Cost. No Hidden Charges.
- Minimum Order is 50 Pieces
- Up to 10 Colors allowed on the design. Additional colors are charged at $FREE per color.
- For Metallic Thread, add 10% to the cost.
- Iron-On Backing, add $0.10 for patches up to 7’’.
- For other types of Backing or Accessories, please contact us.
